What if I need to cancel my appointment?
You must cancel your appointment at least 24-hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
Do I need to prepay?
All new clients must prepay for their visits until we establish a working relationship.
How do I pay for my visit in advance?
Depending on the therapist that you are scheduled with, they will make contact and provide you the appropriate links to pay.
Please do not smoke or apply heavy colognes or perfumes prior to your session.
What if I can't use my sessions?
No cash refunds will be made under any circumstances to those who purchase sessions or packages. Under special circumstances, unused portions of packages may be transferred and used as gift certificates, but the expiration date of the package will still apply. Any unused package sessions expire 1 year after purchase date.
How will I get ready?
All clients must prepare for their session behind closed doors and only after the therapist has left the room. After the session, please make sure that you are completely dressed (including jewelry and shoes) before leaving the therapy room.
What if I'm delayed?
Delays do happen. With respect to the client who follows you and our therapists, your session will end at the scheduled time and no discount will be given. For example, if you are running 15 minutes late and have scheduled a 1 hour session, your massage will be for the remaining 45 minutes and you will be charged for the full hour reserved.
How much time to I get for my session?
You are given 5 minutes before your session to prepare and 5 minutes after your session to dress. This time is factored into your session (ie: an hour session is 50 minutes hands on allowing 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after for the client to prepare and communicate with the therapist).
Please be mindful of those who follow you and adhere to the time guidelines. If additional time is required, please let us know when booking your appointment so that we can make you aware of additional charges and schedule the next client accordingly.
How much pressure is there?
It is the responsibility of the client to let the therapist know if the pressure needs to be adjusted at any time during the massage. The therapist is unable to make adjustments or know your needs unless you express them.
